BTN Baran Telecom Networks is a 100% subsidiary of the Baran Group, Israel. With its business areas of Engineering division, Petro division, Russia division and Communication division the Baran Group has a turnover of appr. USD 400 million.

BTN Baran Telecom Networks GmbH was founded on 01.01.08 as a split of the mobile network area from Westmontage Kabel und Netzwerk GmbH. The Baran Group as hitherto majority shareholder of Westmontage thus consolidated the German participation of their national and international mobile network business in a new subsidiary.

The BTN Baran Telecom Networks GmbH as one of the leading telecommunications infrastructure service provider in Germany offers its customers manifold services - both nationally and internationally. This includes the areas of planning and Design, project management, Civil Work construction, logistics, procurement, documentation, installation & commissioning and maintenance of telecommunication infrastructure and system technology.

Customers for our multifaceted services are particularly the operators of public and private communication networks as well as the manufacturers of telecommunication system components.
